Our work consists of the promotion of mergers, acquisitions, sales and partnerships involving Spanish companies with a minimum turnover of € 5 million.

LINCE CORPORATE is the financial brokerage division of the company Lince Consulting, founded in 2008.

Our division has excellent professionals specialized in corporate finance and in the areas of tax, labor, commercial law, and auditing, services provided by our partner MGI ÀMBIT.

We believe in personalised work, in advisors more than mere brokers, to promote the goals of our clients at all times, regardless of whether they are involved in a sale or an investment-purchase.

This is why both SMEs and large corporations in Spain have placed their trust in our company.
Our company also participates in ESADE Alumni and LINCE Life solidarity projects.

Our organisation has offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca, ​​branches in several regions and partners in numerous countries including three of the BRIC nations (Brazil, India and China), the USA and LATAM.

  • To assign QUALIFIED CONSULTANTS to the tasks to be performed in each specific project.
  • To draw up and submit REPORTS containing the activities carried out and the results obtained throughout the term of each specific mandate.
  • To guarantee maximum efficacy in the submission of conclusions and recommendations to enable the company to execute BILATERAL PURCHASE AND SALE AND PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENTS.
